I think it will affect.
As it affect your Lungs.

| So it will decrease th ability to train? and for example usually if you get tired after 1hr of training after smoking you will get tired sooner? so that means less training right? Well then good for me that I don't smoke! |

I really think it will affect training.
Of course, if someone smokes he/she will be less healthy. It can probably affect energy and stamina. |
