Well I started training a few weeks ago. But I'm not training everyday, only when I'm having some free time.

Anyways I will update this from time to time.

Well these last few days I walked a lot and trained my legs a lot and I have done some other training to my hands etc.. I want to have stronger feet and arms.

Having stronger Abs really makes you feel better.

Here's how I give priority

1. Abs
2. Legs
3. Chest
4. Arms

Well in my opinion my arms do the most stressful jobs, so I think that my priority should go to my arms.
